Sandra was called to the path of healing by both their Indigenous Chumash foremothers and ancestral ties back in time to Altamira. Their Great Grandmother and Medicine Woman, Nana Se'inda, Shuetul’hutl Ant Mother, was the last in their line of ancestral Medicine Women/Shaman healers.

Their Starseed connections are with the Pleiades and Atlantis.

Life trials have created the 'wounded healer' who has walked through the fire of experience and initiation to bring medicine to others. 

Sandra is initiated in contemporary Shamanic practices by the Foundation for Shamanic Studies as well as in Sea, Wind and Celtic Shamanism. They also receive ongoing instruction and guidance from their helping, healing and ancestral spirits, a relationship that is cultivated daily.

An Usui Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master under the tutelage of Dr. Anne Reith. Certified to teach and attune others into Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki, is a member of the Reiki Healing Association. 

With a degree in psychology they are also certified in Horticultural Therapy, Social Emotional Arts facilitation and Therapeutic Fiber Arts Facilitation. Sandra co-facilitates both The Mindful Circle, a mindful meditation group for women in mid to later life and the Long Beach Adoptees Connect (adult adoptees support group).

Sandra has a deep universal purpose to assist in the elevation of vibrational levels for others and humanity as a whole.
